How to unlock HTC Desire 310 for free

Free HTC Desire 310 Unlock Code – Along side other budget phone entries like the Motorola Moto G you’ll find the HTC Desire 310, HTC’s lowest cost cell phone. The Desire 310 offers bit of an upgrade from last years Desire 300 adding some software features usually only seen on it’s high-end devices like the HTC one M8. If you really want an HTC device but can’t afford or don’t want to pay for a high-end device like the HTC One M8 you can look at the Desire 310, however we’ve found several phones in the same budget category that stack up a lot better then the Desire 310. But, to each their own.

The Desire 310 in design is a bit bulky and heavy. It’s 11.3mm thick and weighs 140g….not exactly thin or light compared to a lot of the most recent devices from HTC or any other manufacturer. It has a 4.5 inch screen (not HD) but the device screen does have Gorilla Glass 3 which makes it plenty durable and mostly scratch resistant. You typically don’t find Gorilla Glass on a device in this price category, although like this device there are a couple of other exceptions to the rule (Moto E and Moto G). The non-HD LCD screen tops out at 854 x 480 resolution.

While the HTC Desire 310 is a budget device, inside you still find some pretty decent hardware. It runs on a quad-core processor, although not a Snapdragon. It uses a Mediatek processor instead. The phone comes with in two varieties as far as RAM is concerned, 512MB and 1GB. We’re not sure why they made the 512MB model as it’s not nearly enough RAM for this device. It comes with 4GB of internal storage – but you’re only going to get access to 1GB of it. Thankfully you can expand the storage via microSD and add 32GB more storage. Both the RAM and available storage on this device is far too low, even for a budget priced device. The camera on the Desire 310 also leaves a lot to be desired. It has a 5MP rear-facing camera with no flash or any sort of auto-focus, howevever, somehow this camera is capabale of capturing 1080p video.

The phone has a 2,000mAh battery just under the back cover, so it’s very easy to access and doesn’t seem to have much of an issue powering the less than stellar hardware….assuming you’re storing it in your pocket or maybe overnight next to your bed. When you’re actually using the device the battery doesn’t hold up quite as well, but no phone battery really does.

Overall the HTC Desire 310 is a bit lacking even for a budget phone. The Gorilla Glass is nice, the screen resolution below it not so much. The 1080p video is nice, a camera that doesn’t auto-focus isn’t. Some of the software features you’d expect only to see on the high-end devices are nice, but the lack of RAM (512MB in some cases) makes them harder to appreciate. If you’re looking for a good phone in this budget price category, we’d suggest passing on the Desire 310 and looking at a Moto G or Moto E device instead.
